Day 8, My Girl Thursday

Our Day 8 feature in 25 Days of Handmade Holiday is My Girl Thursday is owned by Chantilly in Peterborough, Ontario, but you can call her Thursday. I was first attracted to My Girl Thursday shop because of the colorful vintage influence and and the upcycling element of her work, using reclaimed materials and giving them a second life in her wearable art. Besides being gorgeous..

Thursday

she's also kind and compassionate, working to raise awareness and funds for her community YWCA Holiday Gift Program through the most creative project I have yet to have read about, The Book of Secrets (I have to get my hands on one of these!).  She is an avid lover of zines as you will get to know shortly upon speaking with her. She's also mommy to a darling Princess.

My Girl Thursday offers beautiful reversible aprons, belt buckles, totes, and purses. That being said, I'm going to hurry and share this lovely eye candy!  Thursday is offering Domestic, But Not Martha readers 25% off items in her shop for today and tomorrow and the coupon code is Martha25. Thursday will be clearing the shop out on Thursday and nothing new will be added until mid January. Off we go!
