Lila-Jo, Day 9 of Handmade Holiday!

Please say hello to the newest addition of shops you *heart* on Etsy... Lila-Jo!! An Arizona based shop owned by Shana, a graduate from FIDM in 2002 (The Fashion Institute Design of Merchandising) for Fashion Design this is one you don't want to skip!  Also, Shana is a darling (Thanks Em for introducing us!) and her story is truly inspirational and moving so grab some coffee (or tea or whatever floats your boat!) and let me introduce you...

In 2006, she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and quit her full time job.  She had been making hair accessories for herself and always got compliments (with reason!) so she began to make them to fill her day and keep her productive. She sold them to craft fairs and it took off from there!! Shana sells internationally and has a real passion for her talent (it shows!<3) All of her hair accessories as well as jewelry are surefire top notch beautiful and handcrafted.  Her selection includes Bows & Butterflies, Hair flowers, Wedding, Jewelry, Vintage, & more.

Some of you know this about me and some of you don't but I LOVE Rockabilly. I love the vintage pin up style, the sheer beauty of it all and the music and fashion.  I fantasize alot about being as beautiful as these gorgeous ladies but I don't really have the means to do it with... With Lila-Jo, however; you get a whole lot of bang for your buck. Not convinced? Here we go...
